PLEASE read this BEFORE commenting/reviewing and/or downloading! Literally i know the design is diferent with other things, but i made the metal looking on the RWCursorEditor Web version, and i made the other on the downloadable version, i made this because i was inspired on the detuner effect (If you know about Logo Edting you will understand what im meaning), this effect is a part of the effect collection called: "Jayden Alternate's random effects" is also for a theme that i will release on my website, if you want to go to my website, you can see it on my profile, please DON'T request to improve design, do it yourself! Now feel free to add your review/comment and/or download
